will be a tax hike on middle class americans via 'raising the cap' while leaving the billionaire tax cuts in place plus some form of restructuring that will reduce future benefits plus of course some give-away to wall street. Note that they do really want to find a way to force money into wall street as the boomer retirement, starting to be noticable in 2008, is a continuous downward pressure on stocks and bonds as all those aging boomers start unloading their 401ks to pay for their retirement.
