What happened to the Anthrax investigation?
It happened the same week as 9/11, yet the initial investigation pointed to an inside job.

The media has swept this under the rug, why aren't more questions being asked about the anthrax terrorist act?

5. No.
Vanity Fair had an excellent article in which an English professor analyzed the writing and words on the envelopes. He compared the words and places mentioned to the life of Hatfield. He concluded that Hatfield was the likely sender.

9. There was a half-hearted effort.
Eventually, the MSM moved on to other topics and the sheeple never thought about it again.

11. they didn't wanna arrest the white guy
The likely guilty individual was even given a job at LSU although he was quickly barred entrance to the lab there and run out of town when it became clear that he had ZERO credentials to be handling anthrax and other biological materials. He was previously given access even to Ebola virus despite his lack of credentials. He has never been arrested for anything, even on the easily proven felonies of having gained access to supposedly secure biological materials through use of forged credentials, including a forged Ph.D. It seems almost certain that he was paid to commit the dirty deeds, which targeted Democrats, and the plan was to reward him with the plum position at LSU -- this last part of the plan thankfully being thwarted by alert and quick-thinking scientists who had to step in and check out this man where law enforcement and the FBI didn't.

12. Last I heard about it was...
The anthrax came from our own Government, and some guy was pissed that he was being made a scapegoat. Then it just ended.

Maybe it came too close to those behind this 'War on Terror' plot, so it just disappeared in the bowels of the Government and MSM.

15. It is just coincidence that AL Qaeda was
responsible for 9/11 and the same week, maybe even day, Anthrax letters that were mailed was an inside job from our own government, targeting Democrats, and putting utmost fear throughout the country?

Why aren't Democrats making more noise about this?

16. maybe they want to live
It's hard to make a lot of noise when a poison has been sent to your STAFF. It's easy to be courageous with your own life, not so easy when loyal people working for you are likely to be the ones injured or killed. Daschle and the rest were in a tough position.

18. Anthrax = Terror Scare = War Justification
All signs point to an inside job. Our government sent anthrax in order to create the necessary hysteria to go to war.

Before we attack Iran, I'm sure we will suffer another unexplained terrorist attack that will be pinned on Iran. And, the sheep will follow the leader to war yet again.

19. The lone gunman got away
The investigation attempted to put it all on the shoulders of Steven Hatfill, pressured him with media attention and repeated searches to no avail, till eventually the investigation was wound down, leaving the impression that Hatfill was the guy but they couldn't get nothing on him. Pity, he had the credentials to make a great patsy, perceived as unstable and with real connections to Eugene Terre Blanche and anthrax incidents in Rhodesia, unfortunately it seemed the only thing actually connecting him to the anthrax attacks were "anonymous official" type stories being leaked to the media.

But when a story like this can be so effectively disappeared, who needs a proven Lone Wacko to wrap things up... the impression is enough.
