... (the same way that we're supposedly flying drones into Iran,) would our government consider that to be a hostile action?

If indeed we *are* flying drones over Iran, do we have the right to do so? Or are we breaking some international law?

If it would be considered an act of aggression if someone ELSE does it to the United States, then is it not ALSO a hostile and aggressive action when WE do it to someone else?
