In terms of framing the issues, let's hang * with calling the national debt the "Bush legacy", since it's all about legacy with him. Someone help me configure those two phrases. Bush debt legacy?

But yesterday I was thinking of him as Bush the Butcher.
Butcher of the budget, the middle class, the poor, the two party system, honest voting and innocent Iraqis.

Just wanted to share it even if it doesn't really fit with what you're trying to accomplish.
