No discussing Churchill here, 'taboo" aspects of 9/11 and beyond

Let us just forget Churchill for a moment.
Some of us even know victims or families effected by the 9/11 tragedy. How do we get beyond the pain to understand the violence in our world?
Many people would agree that our world is subject to a myriad of reactions/actions, effects/causes, mind-sets of revenge, retribution and retaliation.
Even if MIHOP is behind 9/11 (my opinion after much thought), there were obviously people who thought we deserved it.

My opinion again: we need to talk about it ALL, from the taboo to the utterly painful.
Dennis Kucinich and others have advocated a Dept. Of Peace.
I believe we need to open a dialog on nonviolent solutions to the world's problems. We need to pursue this with more money and a deeper commitment than as ever been given to any 'war'. Military power and economic Darwinism should be completely shunned and rejected as totally unacceptable in a "civilized" world. America could begin to redeem itself by courageously leading the way by example.

edit: first step: Impeach Bush and gang for war crimes, crimes against humanity, crimes agianst peace.

this adminstration's motives are directly opposed to the peace, security and well being of this planet.
They are not 'in it' for making the world a 'better' place, they are motivated by selfishness and power over others. They profit from tradgedy and suffering. They are violent, sadistic war criminals.

this is part of what I see as pulling down the blinds and discussing the taboo. The fact that some 'others' thought it was justified is a separate issue. Search for the truth and let the chips fall. Lady justice wears a blindfold and plays no favorites.
