Yet he is in a feisty mood, insisting that his re-election has given him a mandate for change and political capital to spend in pursuing his agenda.

8. mandate? I thought I saw someone on the Daily Show point out

that he was re-elected by the smallest margin percentage-wise of any incumbent. Anyone have those numbers handy? I'd like to send them to some folks who keep saying mandate. Thanks.
