The past few days Randi Rhodes and Mike Malloy have been hit with tons of phone calls from rabid Bushites, much more than normal. I have to wonder if we are hitting some sort of turning point. With the onslaught of stories finally making it to the MSM (Dr. Rice's lies being exposed, the 37 soldiers killed, the ever-rising budget deficit, etc. etc.), it seems like the Bush supporters are feeling "boxed in" and are trying to make themselves feel better by going on the attack. Perhaps the tide is finally about to turn?

Randi's show. She had a couple of callers, and although my Sirius goes in and out, I think she dismembered a couple of them advocating that their was no torture and what we do to "those people who are trying to kill 'Mericans is okay."

Who sez? said one. The FBI, The Military Investigation, The Red Cross. she said.

Only the most hardened Freeper could have listened and not take note.

If that's the way the message has to get out there, then AAR is doing the job.

I'd rather listen to a left wing talk show host take apart a right wing caller--especially one whose knowledge does not go beyond the GOP talking points--than listen to liberal callers telling the host how much they love them (a lefty version of megadittos) It's less boring and far more informative.
