If Saddam became a born again Christian....
would the Christians forgive him his sins? The Lord Jesus would apparently, so why not his followers?

but--they will piously say something about how God will take it into account--as they execute the person anyway.

I know fundies quite well--and trust me--we need to eliminate them completely.
