I can't honestly remember agreeing with anything he's ever said, or even the way he presented himself during any public appearance. Note the language. Whenever there's an admission that NOTHING was found, they always use the phrase "large stocks of weapons". That phrase implies that SOMETHING was found, just not on the scale promised. Is he really the best Connecticut can do? I'd almost rather a Republican, since at least then I'd understand why I'm hearing this constant stream of Bushsuck. Actually, we know that Saddam had them. He had them, he used most of them in the war with Iran, and the rest decayed to the point of uselessness long before the current invasion. Now whether that in itself is a justification for an invasion is a point on which Joe and I will have to part ways, but I still give him credit for stating the obvious.
