Top Ten GOOD things about George W. Bush
Edited on Sun Sep-07-03 11:56 AM by eauclaireliberal
I think I'm going to need some help with this list.

Some time ago, Nabil Mohtadi-the freeper asshole who trolls around one of my other forums-said that "...libs are American's spoiled chil'ns...always angry and can't think of anything positive."

Well, I'll take him up on that challenge:

Top Ten GOOD things about George W. Bush

10. He loves his mother
9. He has a lot of really neat blue suits
8. He likes Chuck Norris
7. His intelligence has broken some of the barriers of the requirements for running for the presidency
6. ?
5. ?
4. ?
3. ?
2. ?
1. ?

Oh, hell...I'm at a loss here. Anyone else?

10. Good to see you, blm
I've been a member of DU for a while...haven't posted here because I got distracted by BC, which is now being moderated like freerepublic. So I'm gonna hang around here from now on.

As for this top ten list, I can't help but to wonder what Pickles would say if asked. "Ummm...he pays for my Xanax."

Hmmm.

I'm going to get my ass off this chair and go out and convince people to register Democratic. I read in a recent post that a fellow DU'er signed up 250 people. I'm going to try for the same thing.

Other than that, there is absolutely nothing good about him. Maybe the fertilizer value.....

30. was thinking along those same lines
*he can clear brush really well
*he commutes with cows (honestly can't say I've ever known anyone other than *jr, with the ability to cow whisper)
*he has a lot of experience driving a golf cart
(oh, what control I have- did not mention segway incident)
*he knows which end of the fishing pole to point towards the water
*he's a good dog dropper
*his first pitch in Milwaukee only bounced a few times before it reached home plate
*he's got an extensive costume wardrobe
*turkeys seem to go for him
*he's definitely a uniter - almost the whole world hates him
*he's only bonked his head a few times embarking and debarking the helicopter
*he ducks protestors really well
*he hasn't thrown up in China
*he's got the loyalty of his brother
*he's a good impressionist ('please, don't kill me')(bastard:grr: - sorry lost it for a second)

See, MORE than ten. Who says we're negative? I say bring 'em on!

Of course, it takes $14,000 Oxxford suits and $1,000 Vito Artioli shoes to make this particular man, not to mention flight suits and big hats and big belt buckles, but a lot of Murikans think he's lookin' jes fine.

38. Bush's accomplishments
1.) He convinced me of the wisdom of the Founding Father's incorporation of the 2nd Amendment into the Bill of Rights.

2.) He convinced me that in a race between two evils, one evil can be vastly worse than the other (Forgive me, I knew nothing of Gore's accomplishments prior to my "awakening" a couple years ago).

3.) His arrogant, incompetent, in-your-face, style of evil that prevented even the American Government and the Media's prodigious powers of prevarication from covering everything brought about my realization that all is not as it seems.

4.) Oh yeah, and he likes video games.:freak:

53. I tried. I've only got 7.
7. He has the same first name as our first president.

6. He brings the american hope to life. You know that thing we tell all our kids? About how you can be anything you want to be? He's proved it. If he can be president, anyone can. Even an amoeba could be elected.

5. He's married to a librarian. So he's probably actually seen or touched a book once.

4. He makes my elementary school students look really, really smart. Actually, my cats, puppy, horses, and hens suddenly look amazingly brilliant. A miracle.

3. He has demonstrated the conservative agenda with such clarity that our citizens can no longer use ignorance as an excuse.

2. He has laid a clear cut path in front of us. If we weren't sure where we needed to be, we are now. We can just send him out to skip happily along with his little plan. Then we can floor it in the opposite direction.

1. He has ensured a democratic victory in 2004.
