It's that "All hat, no cattle" look, as is said in Texas and at the wonderful satirical site http://www.allhatnocattle.net/index.htm.

Such an appalling irony that such a small, petty, empty man has been able to destroy and maim so many lives in this world.

I am glad to see this cartoon on the home page. What insight Oliphant must have, to have continued to produce such work for years. I hope that this picture will speak to the closed-minded much louder than a thousand words.
