1. Looks interesting at least
"When this goes before the US Court of Appeals in Washington and if the court agrees that Wilson was a formal ambassador at the time, then Colin Powell can not refuse to formally petition the Department of Justice for the prosecution of Karl Rove and to open an investigation into the president’s and vice president’s role in the affair."

2. If what Martin is reporting
is true, then this is the most powerful article written to date.

3. There's truth behind the paranoia.
What is known for a fact is that a senior WH official stated that Wilson's wife was working for the CIA. Wilson seems to point the finger at Rove, although only the WH and Bob Novak know for certain who it was.

8. Al Martin has good standing
Edited on Fri Sep-05-03 06:41 PM by Angel_O_Peace
as a reliable source.in that he writes using reliable information From the following site:

http://www.rense.com/general41/endof.htm

"AL MARTIN is America's foremost expert on corporate and government fraud. A relentless whistleblower, he has written a book called, "The Conspirators: Secrets of an Iran Contra Insider," which chronicles his adventures with the Bush Cabal (National Liberty Press, Order Line: 866-317-1390). This detailed account of government criminal operations, namely State-sanctioned fraud, drug trafficking and illicit weapons sales, is unprecedented in publishing history. Al Martin is also well known for his great charm and profound insights into world events, and he is frequently interviewed on many talk radio shows across the nation. His weekly column "Behind the Scenes in the Beltway" is published regularly online at Al Martin Raw, (http://www.almartinraw.com)."

But this has been posted numerous times over the last several days. Martin sometimes has the goods, ...sometimes not.

7. This subject appears under different thread titles
Here is one recent discussion that gets into Al Martin's credibility:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=104&topic_id=278363

Our conclusions were:

My sources say no.
Outlook not so good.
Very doubtful.
Ask again later.
Yes - definitely.
And of course: Reply hazy, try again.

12. Thanks, but....
The resulting discussion still included several people's analysis of Al Martin's credibility.

Whether or not THEY were freepers too, I haven't been here long enough to figure out.

Conclusions still remain the same. Seems a lot of non-freepers also doubt Al Martin's credibility at varying levels.

6. Al Martin
He is rarely reliable. He expounds some pretty outlandish ideas. His sources are either non-existant or highly suspect.

Wait until you hear it from a reputable source before believing it.

10. Other articles re: Amb. Wilson
This is by Martin:

http://www.conspiracyplanet.com/channel.cfm?channelid=49&contentid=927

and this one is by a different source:

http://www.disinfo.com/site/displayarticle289.html

Both are worth the read.
