When it will once again become patriotic to dissent

Just wait until January, 2005, when and if a Democrat assumes the presidency. All of a sudden the same people who told us for 4 years that there must be no criticism of the president and that dissent is the height of treason will suddenly "rediscover" the virtue and patriotism of dissent once again, as they harass, intimidate and demand ever more investigations of the new president. We should match their rhetoric and complete the role reversal by replying, "If you don't like the way President (Democrat) is running the nation, get the hell out!", or "Why do you guys on the Right always hate America so mcuh, always bashing our president? Hmmmm.", or "God chose (Democrat) for the presidency. To criticize him would be to sin against God."

1. I'm so looking forward to it...

...I've asked many Republicans how they will feel about the centralization of power and erosion of the balance of powers when a Democrat takes office. They of course seem to be under the impression that the GOP is set to begin a thousand year reign. That must be because they hate Democracy and everything this nation is supposed to stand for. The fun part is that when we call them traitors, we'll be right. They've lied to get us into wars, lowered our guard to let thousands die, robbed our states, used and manipulated our military and our media, subverted the political process and advocated violence against those that opposed them. The Bushbots are traitors.
