I tried to join the airguard in '78, am I still grabbable?

I tried to join the airguard in '78, spent 2 yrs trying to get it all straightened out (be a 2nd lt, not a pfc due to education, etc) and finally came to a mutual agreement to forget it, discharged without doing more than getting 2 physicals in 2 yrs (which wasn't hard, dig to shrub). I'm probably not grabbable due to my age, time out of service, medical ailments, but was just wondering, how far back are they grabbing people via the non-draft?
