What is to be done....

Well well, now that I have your attention there is much to be done.

The first step is that all must realize, we must do this OURSEVES, for POLITICOS follow

So what can you do?

Well, well DU is a great place to come and have this grand echo chamber...

Now when you go out there to the wide world you are met by people too absorbed with .... survival (and shoping, right now it is finding those gifts... yep I need to have it, last one to die with the most toys, dies)

Ok here is the first thing we all CAN DO. Find a group of like minded people (NOT HERE SILLY, at HOME, where we live)

DFA may work, any other meetup option may work... an add on the paper, at school college democrats (don't sell them short)... the works

We are building this from teh ground up, so use those meetings to first set the rules... what is wrong? (I know silly don't repeat it to me). By the way, you may say, but, but these discusion groups are useless... tell that to the founding fathers, you know those crusty old men who did this for years. Use these meetings to come with LOCAL strategies.

Some of you may need to run for multiple school boards et al... all politics is local... others may decide that leapheting is the way to go (yep the founding fathers didi that too)

Who knows maybe one of you has 20 million lying round... (or more) so it is time to think of buying stations and retaking the media, a station at a time... we can play that game too.

The point is... WE NEED TO LEAD and not wait for somebody else to do it...

Shhhh, nobody said it woudl be easy...

Oh and why is it that most of the country seems to be going about life in a normal fashion? Quite honestly, even if they suspect there is a problem, they have no clue what to do... so this is the connumdrum, we can seat here and use this wonderful echo chamber, or we can LEAD.

if they will follow. You would not believe those that came to me crying afterwords wanting to know what we will need to do. They are willing to help in the next election (meaning 06) and I'm gonna work them to. I know how to do it. And I work rings around the party people here They know it too. So we have some new officer in March and there will be a new organization. I can hardly wait!! Yippee

make them aware of the goings on with the media and why it cannot be trusted.

The first thing is people need to understand what is at stake...

But lead... lead by getting policy discusion groups and local tactics groups RIGHT NOW.

By the way, I know what Sharon said, probably far better than you... and I know the history of the ME from oh 1870 on probably far better than you. As far as I am concerned part of the solution in the ME is for sharon to take a very long walk down a very short pier (now that one part of the problem is gone, we need the second part) It is time to put that colonial history behind both sides, but alas you are doing the same that some on the other side do on a regular basis.

4. We do need to lead.

It is up to us. We're the ones who are seeing things clearly. Yes, others are too consumed by their busy lives, which suits those who would destroy our democracy just fine. We are the ones who need to find a way to open their eyes. People want to know what to do. We need to organize them.
