Seeing another photo with the 4 presidents yesterday, observing the uncomfortable look on W's face, I thought to myself that it was probably the result of 'cognitive dissonance' -- "I'm Grand-King-and-Holy-Emperor" so why aren't I the only center of attention here?
His sense of himself in the world has become so hyperinflated. I think it's an office that tends to do that to people and the weaker the person the more it happens.
