13. We were watching in a coworkers office and someone
asked if they could find anyone who disagreed with the verdict. I said that one person in the crowd yelled out that Scott was innocent & the rest of the crowd beat them to death. It kinda reminds me of the sickos that come out with their signs & party merrily when someone is about to be executed.
14. That will depend on if the jurors followed the judge's instructions
You can't just say, I'm not convicting because I don't want to. It has to be based on what was presented in court. If the juror wasn't doing that, she was dismissed rightfully.
when they let the doc/attorney (foreman) go yesterday, Scott would be doomed. They probably were the lone voice of reason....wanting to examine all the testimony and facts. Not a good day for those who believe in innocent until proven guilty.
and so was the doc. This is really scary! The State did not prove its case and everyone is glad stepping because they just know he did it.... with everything going on now in this Country now, I am a little shocked at the opines here...
