If election fraud is determined "after" the swearing in process, and there's no definitive proof the candidate knew of the theft, there's nothing that can be done. Who thinks there would ever be definite evidence AFTER the inauguration that Bush* knew about the election rigging? Not going to happen. After 2000, you'd think the US Congress would've taken quick and serious action to mandate strict, reliable, consistent, and transparent voting practices across all 50 states that would've ensured elections that didn't turn out to be a bad joke.

But such action is impossible in a country where democracy and representation are just words; words that mean less and less.
