2. Generally yes. BUT...

...this isn't a third party thing. This is my website, and I wrote the file. It's a "Faux News" movie where Neil "Calzone" reads some of his fan mail. I was hoping for some input from people who don't know me.

(I tried the streaming thing, but friends told me the .gifs weren't showing up.)

Of course, you might stress that you don't know me, and so therefore can't trust me.

But that'd be illogical, since you directed your question about advisability at me as well.

If you've ever downloaded a file from http://www.toostupidtobepresident.com/ then you've done the "unadvisable" downloading .exe file thing.
