Perhaps the mod can verify the PayPal email addy where we can donate to blackboxvoting.org directly even if their site is down.

I always donate to them via P/P and have the email addy but don't want to presume that it's okay to post it. But it's a way to bypass their web site which is obviously down because of high traffic trying to make donations.
