Can We Form A Shadow Government?

Informally of course, patterned after the British model.

After another "stolen" election, the Democrats just rolled over and surrendered faster than the shredding of Democratic registration forms.

1. Are our so called teams of lawyers going to insure an accurate and complete counting of the ballots?

2. Can we form a shadow government to give voice and hope to the tens of millions of voted for Kerry?

3. The above might be particularly useful since our leverage in Congress is just about nil so that won't be a sounding board for anything.

4. Certainly if the Repukes can use religion to their political advantage, we can hijack it as well.

5. We might want to reinvent our grassroots efforts starting now.

1. If we did, there'd be two shadow governments.

2. Now that isn't a half bad idea

Its sort of the thing that the think tanks do for the righties--preformed agendas and action lists. Of course, unlike the think tanks, the dem shadow government wouldn't have any positions aside from the ones that are alternative to the Bushies and popular. And those would be the democratic position. Period.

In my mind, that beats waiting three years and watching nine candidates start from nothing trying to "distinguish" themselves.
