Zogby has a message
“We feel strongly that our pre-election polls were accurate on virtually every state. Our predictions on many of the key battleground states like Ohio and Florida were within the margin of error. I thought we captured a trend, but apparently that result didn’t materialize.

“We always saw a close race, and a close race is what we’ve got. I’ve called this the Armageddon Election for some time—a closely-divided electorate with high partisan intensity on each side."

10. Step one - Diebold.
The ONLY way to get this Diebold cancer out of our system is from the grass roots up.

We need to file lawsuits.

We need to do grass-roots ballot initiatives demanding accountability in the election system.

We need to get Dems into the offices that control these machines. There's too many Republican Secretaries of State with hidden agendas.

I know it's hard to elect *anyone* as long as these machines are counting the votes, but we have to try.

9. Is it possible Republicans were instructed to lie to exit pollsters?
If Zogby is that confident in the accuracy of his polling, then the question becomes why did the actual results reflect something entirely different?

Are the Republicans so organized to pull off something like that, lying to exit pollsters? Because that doesn't make sense to me, as early exit polling can suppress the turnout, and that doesn't make political sense at all.

So... where exactly did those votes go? I'm increasingly frustrated about this turnout-vs-reality thing, too.

12. That's really the way I'm leaning.
It's as if 7 million votes have vanished.

13. I've heard that exit polling was correct except in places where
BBV (now that I know what the hell it means I can use it) was used. In those places, the results were consistently skewed from the exit polls by 5% in favor of Bush. Is this a true stat, because if it is, we need to get the word out.

14. Armageddon Election indeed!!!!
The most modern and richest country in the world and we can't even have a straight up election without problems. Even the so called Banana Republics run better elections then we do. For the Lords sake we are in the 21st century and there is no standard throughout the country. W/o adopting any consistent method we will be continually doomed to repeats of elections like this. It is too easy to cheat and apparently the other side has figured it out. I've often wondered why we can't go to a system similar to our ATM machines which produce a paper trail. Why don't we just have a nationwide voter registration card/id that can be scanned is beyond me. I see South American countries with them. Perhaps some Democrat some day will develop a machine, rather then leaving it to the Repukes. It is obvious the polls didn't keep this election honest this year, hell it even fooled the pollsters.

15. If a democrat wrote a program to do that, it would
never get purchased by the government. They support their supporters.
