Frankly, i expect President Kerry to know what that message is, as
heck, he's gettin' paid enough to know what to say. I'll be simply
glad that someone competent is behind the controls and that the age
of wondering whether some drunken frat boys have crashed the country
overnight will cease to be a nightly concern.
