Can the federal govt nullify an election or election results?
I think if it looks like the end of the road for the Bush team, they might actually cry "fraud" (the irony in that is stunning in and of itself) and try to nullify certain election results in key areas, or suspend the election outright.

Is that possible, or do I just need to turn off the news and watch the Discovery Channel until Tuesday Night?

1. I believe the consequences of doing that
would be dire indeed. If that happens America is over.

3. The chimp regime has done and can do whatever it wants.

They led us into an unjust war on false premises, and they very well may lead us into civil war. That's just how they are.

4. There is nothing in the Constitution about it
so I'm gonna go with, "It's possible."

5. Ask not
whether your government can nullify election results,
but rather what you can do to nullify your government.

6. There's no legal precedence
In my mind, the only way I could see Bush doing something such as this, something that isn't even codified into US law, is if it came under martial law, and he'd have to take the astonishing step of doing that before throwing out election results. Needless to say, something like this would land before the Supreme Court.
