13. I'm old enough to remember when Trickie Dick was about to leave
office. He was spending a lot of time walking the floors, drinking heavily and acting crazy. Kissinger called the military and told them not to do anything Nixon said to do without checking with Kissinger first. I wonder what we'll see between now and January.
