I see what Delay is doing here. Kos had that mini-internet controversy where he said some things about those 4 mercenaries who were killed in Fallujah. Basically Kos doesn't like mercenaries. RW bloggers seized on his comments though.

What Delay is trying to do is get Morrison to defend Kos. Obviously Kos isn't sending money to Iraq - that's patently absurd - but if Delay gets Morrision to defend Kos then Delay can bring up what Kos and try and turn it into an issue.

It's a sign of desperation.
