Just saw the best sign EVER
An old, haggard man was standing on a street corner with torn clothes and a sign which read "Keep me poor - Vote Bush in '04" Lots of people were honking and giving him thumbs up, in Richmond of all places!

2. Great sign, really sorry situation....and I am sure that the party of
"personal responsibility" would make hay with that. Of course, they themselves take no personal responsibility for any of their repressive, evil policies...or their lies...or their theft...or their hypocrisy...or their attack-mode tactics...or their un-Christian, hollow words...or their fake piety...or their standing firm with the rich at the expense of the poor...on and on and on.

4. Job shortage keeps folks poor:105 Trillion is wealth
end job shortage
http://www.njfac.org

proof of job shortage

http://www.bls.gov/jlt look at LEVELS, not ratios. Sub openings from 17 million sum of unemp plus discouraged.

wealth:
look at bottom line, and line twenty

http://www.federalreserve.gov/releases/z1/current/accessible/l5.htm

end poverty two ways

WPA, job sharing as in France, and three, grants.. grants of ten K / family, cost would be 300 billion.

WPA AND job sharing cost nothing... they generate. Since they harness the output of folks now idle.

about your name... practice optimism. Feels better, and you get more done. Buddhist meditation also good. Long walks also lift mood. Get with other democrats to lift mood. Avoid republicans. They are undeveloped minds, failures at gaining wisdom. Ditto, school bullies. They are undeveloped failures.

6. Cary Street, just before Carytown
Dangerously close to the elitist conservative Windsor Farms...

8. It's a fun place
Richmond is for the most very conservative, but in Carytown you get an interesting mix of the West End rich republicans and the slightly more informed folks from the Fan.
