Colin Powell to the Rescue--Harley Sorenson's Dream
Edited on Wed Oct-20-04 10:07 AM by GreenPartyVoter
"In my dream, Colin Powell has a soul. In my dream, he says, "Enough!" In my dream, Powell lets go of all the anger and frustration and humiliation he's accumulated over the past four years. In my dream, Powell saves America and the world from four more years of George W. Bush."

1. Sorry....
...as I have said before... Colin sold his soul. Somewhere deep in the White House basement is a closet with a withering, moldy, picture of a once-promising solider-statesman. Pitiful.

tell me that he can not abide most of the folks in that adminstration and that on a number of occasions he tried to extricate himself ... Frankly I can tell you the book after he leaves will undoubtedly be controversial and harsh...even the first one got into that whole rich kids using the Guard to dodge Vietnam thing....Whether he sold his soul I cannot say but I do surmise that he was not ready for the extremes he has encountered up there. I did find it sad and amusing that in the Annenberg Military poll released last that his favorables were 80% compared to Rumsfeld's 52. Should have resigned last year...
