1. Ditto
I thought the same thing myself a couple days after the story broke. You'd think the Chimpmeister wouldn't want this happening so close to election. I mean, what if we had a bio attact?

2. Tinfoil attack, IMO
Personally, this one doesn't cut it for me. How would they target just democrats with a flu severe enough to keep people home from the polls? The flu vaccine only protects against some strains of the flu, so even if they were going to do it, they'd just need a strain that wasn't included in the vaccine.

3. Nah, just another example of the utter failure
and/or refusal to address public health issues in a meaningful way.

The only plan they have in place for a bio attack is to declare martial law, yet there are real steps they could have taken - and were asked to take - following the anthrax scare. The medical community asked them to provide better training and equipment for first responders and hospitals, hold disaster drills etc. but they didn't see an opportunity for corporate profit in any of those ideas so they refused.

6. LOL
I've got plenty of :tinfoilhat: and some to spare.

They just got caught with their pants down on the flu shot shortage. I sincerely hope all the predictions about a bitter winter and a big flu outbreak prove false.

4. If you take a fact and a theory from the past....
- an annoucement about 5 weeks ago that there was plenty of vaccine

- a theory that powers to be would like to bump off some of the population....

you've got and enhanced theory and some hints of manipulation.

How could a known, annual need fall through the cracks, legitimately?

7. My Mom has a tin-foil hat theory on this---
