4. It looked like he did that last debate.

Was it ever determined what that lump was on Bush's back? My guess it was a shock devise to shut him up when he started saying something his handlers didn't like. What leads me to say that is Bush said "Let me finish" when he had time left and no one was trying to interrupt. A device like this wouldn't violate the many rules they had, so the bushbots would think it was alright to use it.

Make him the measure of an effective President, a man of foresight and prudence. GeeDub hates that.
