it's a trick---to get through the election. THEN he'll sign in to law the draft legislation he said he wouldn't.

He'll sign a draft bill later that puts poor people and minorities in harm's way like it's supposed to be. Don't forget he's been staffing the draft boards with RWers for quite a while now.

He voted down a bill that would have made everyone eligible for the draft. If he wins in November, he'll simply come up with another one. He's not having 14 miltary bases built in Iraq for the exercise.
