Stoned Slackers - I think Stewart missed his best chance at a dig tonight
When Reed said "He is in a prison in a free Iraq awaiting trial." Stewart coulda really burned him.
Same with the 1.7 million jobs - but oh well.

2. I think he is...
trying not to go overboard on blasting the repugs....it is good comedy to see some of the repukes he gets on and reems...don't wnt to fully scare them away...

but yes, if any puke needed a reeming it is ralph reed...and he passed up many opportunities.

3. Give him a break, maybe Stewart just lost his train of thought
and forgot what he was going to ask him in the first place.

5. I'm usually one of the first to defend Stewart...
...but that was horrible. That sonofabitch Reed just spouted off bullshit and Stewart didn't call him on any of it. Verrrry disappointed!

6. This is not the first time I've ...
seen Stewart blow a chance to stick it to the right-wing blowhards. I think he's more into equal opportunity bashing now.

7. Is it just me, or does Ralph
remind anyone of the Dick Cavett era John O'Neil?

8. Were We Watching Different Shows?
The one I saw had Jon Stewart barely containing his contempt for Reed.
