Two small, downstate Illinois towns again mourn the loss of young men whose lives were sacrificed in Iraq. Carterville native USMC Sgt. Benjamin Smith, 25, died late Wednesday night in a RPG attack on his Humvee west of Baghdad, and USMC 2nd Lt. Ryan LaDuc of Pana died early Friday morning near Fallujah.

2 more shattered families, 2 more grieving communities forever changed because of George Bush's illegal war. How many more?

Remember them always, and never forget why they died.

another soldier who was found dead in ogle county sat..4 yr vet 10 months in afganistan in 2003. was reported missing sept 5 and was seen on a security tape purchasing duct tape and dryer exhaust hose. i think no one will never know why
