Polls show a majority of Americans (freepers) believe Sadaam was involved with 9-11 but he is being tried in Iraq for crimes against Iraq. Think about it, if dick and georgie-boy we're right wouldn't we be trying him here for 3000 deaths?

when a person commits a crime in two states he is tried in one then extradited to the other. A person can be tried in different places for different crimes. It's the blithering idiot hypocrisy of the freeper/fox news types that wants to hold onto the justification for war but deep down realize it's just not there.

It's important to remember these fox/freepers still believe a combat soldier would take a video camera into a "hostile" rescue situation to bring a soldier out of a hospital. Now if it was me, I wouldn't take a camera into a combat situation, I'd think a rifle would be much better.
