What is the definition of a radical liberal?

My sister who I have always been close to told me today that she doesn't want me to meet her friends (new friends of hers who are rich and republican) because I am a radical liberal. I didn't even know I was one. I have always been a Democrat who is very interested in politics, I have a Kerry sticker on my car and I have been very anti-war. My sister has always been a democrat but somewhat uninterested in politics. One of my best friends is a republican (who was anti-war though)we get along fine and do discuss politics some. I am liberal I know that but never have considered myself radical in any way.
