Colin Powell's differing standards of proof, re Iraq and North Korea
Before the Iraq War, Colin Powell implied in his UN testimony that he could tell just by looking at a photo of a truck in Iraq that it contained wmd.

But regarding North Korea, even though it was rumored to be starting nuclear testing, and there was an explosion there on Sept. 9, 2004 which produced a huge crater and a mushroom cloud, Colin Powell says there is no evidence it was nuclear.

1. Am I the only one who thinks Colin Powell knows it was a nuclear
test, and he's lying?
