My only memory from the 2000 RNC!

I was in Philly as an issue panelist for the National Youth Convention(Being held there and in L.A.). I interviewed Nader on Youth Violence and was on MTV, BBC, CNN, C-Span, Fox, blah blah blah...

Anyway, all I remember while walking through downtown to get to a taping of The Daily Show was how weird it was seeing all those fat, old, bald, white guys in sharp suits walking hand in hand with 20 something women on their arm dressed in sparkly little white trash outfits. I remember thinking, "Man they are just like you see in the movies." They really are smug fucking bastards who think they own the land and all who stand on it. To them I give a nice big :puke:

...being an aging fat, balding, fat white guy who wishes he had a 20 something bimbo under my arm - and always consider myself smug I want to know what is intrinsically wrong with me?

What's wrong with a woman trying to "advance" herself, especially if she's "white trash"; certainly beats working at the Quicky Mart waiting for some dreamy truck driver to stop by and offer up a life of babies and weekends......

Such is life, and it always has been that way....
