I have a thought about the "madman" theory of Richard Nixon.

His idea was to convey to the North Vietnamese that he was really unstable and is likely to use a nuclear weapon on the North( Aside:As though the North Vietnamese needed any proof!).I am wondering if Bush is using a similar strategy with regard to Arabs/Muslims.He may be trying to say to them, with Bush they are likely to be hit anywhere and everywhere regardless of the reasons.And being a "Madman" he is also likely to use a nuclear weapon if it will do the job.
