Should Kerry/Edwards release their attendence records?

It now seems to be a big deal that Pubs are saying Kerry & Edwards missed most of the intelligence committee meetings while they were campaigning. I just saw Jane Harmon on Inside Politics with Wold Blitzer saying as far as she knew, Kerry wasn't on the intelligence committee since 2000. The Dems are saying "release the attendence records of ALL members, both Dem & Pub". Wold said that's a slippery slope, because many Senators miss meetings for a lot of different reasons. Other meetings, fund raising, out of town, etc.

Do you think Kerry/Edwards should say OK to releasing the attendance records as long as it's everybodys?

1. Sure, when we go over the Vacation record for Bush

and the 911 Goat tape and we'll see who missed being the Chief of America.
Also, don't forget the "early to bed time with Bozo." Bozo is the most absent unpresident we could imagine.

As far as I know the records for Senate are available to the public and the votes too, yes/no?

2. Edwards has already advocated the release- is not up to them though

I heard on an interview from Sen. Pat Roberts that it is up to the leadership (including him I guess) to release that information. Edwards has already called for records to be released and I think Kerry too. Jane Harmon said in the interview I saw last weekend that there were private meetings and briefings besides the public ones, so just looking at public attendance is not accurate anyway. For instance she said she had discussed some intelligence matters with Kerry over the phone.
