This photo shows Kerry in what appears to be a fully condescending mode toward his black aide. Kerry's face is grim and stern. His eyebrows are raised and he's wagging that finger at the poor aide, who looks startled.

Kerry is motioning to the person just out of the photo. Probably saying to the person, 'wait a minute', that's the body language. The black man is leaning on the car, and he's talking with the person in the front/driver's seat, who is turned toward the back. Kerry is not interacting with the aide... he is interacting with the person just out of the photo.

This whole race so far has been the wingnuts trying every cheap dodge they can to make Kerry appear whatever. They attack his wife(although Laura Bush is just another Sou'Tejas trailer park momma with better money) They attack his military career(instead of Bushes "gaps" in service) and now trumped up pictures of Race...On LNF, i saw a picture supposedly of Kerry "admonishing" two Marines in a restaurant. You could tell quite easily that he was thanking them for their service. Unless most of America is as dumb as the GOP thinks it is, we will have not problem winning in the fall.
