My idea for an Al Sadr militia compromise

I propose that Al Sadr agrees to disband his militia contigent on all foreign troops leaving Iraq. With no foreign troops there Al Sadr will have no one to fight; with his militia disbanded there would be no need for foreign troops to keep the peace - Iraqi forces would be adequate.


Yes, I know there is no way in hell Allawi would agree to this, let alone propose it.
