Wow! What a diverse group on McLaughlin Report.....
Tony Blankley, Pat Buchanan, Charles Pena from Cato Institute, and some guy from the Financial Times. I guess now their spectrum runs from right leaning libertarian to far right conservatives.

Granted the topic is the war and Pena and Buchanan have always been against it, but still. What a pathetic excuse for a discussion panel.

1. Actually it works for us
When even traditional conservatives are against Bush on almost anything, it's a good thing. I really think that conservatives do *NOT* like the neo-con position on defense.

The foundation of support is cracking, and in 04 it's going to come down.

2. Fair and Balanced.
Maybe the Libertarians are trying to distance themselves from Republican right-wing conservatives in the hopes of swinging over to the Democratic party where they might continue their leeching practices? A Libertarian actually posted to this newsgroup that the Libertarian Party recognizes that it will be a looong time before a third party takes hold in this country, so they form liaisons with the party in power. Leeching Libertarians. It has a ring.

3. Reminds me of that FAUX 'News' round-table
You know, the one with Brit Hume, Tony Snowjob, Bill Kristol, Juan (Mr. Silence) Whatzisname, and a token conservative to help silence Juan.
