Should Richard Shelby Be Tried As A Traitor?

I haven't seen much discussion here on the investigation that showed Repugnican Senator Richard Shelby...the ranking Repugnican on the Senate intelligence committee (oxymoron alert) leaked top secret information regarding terrorism efforts.

Shelby's now supposed to face some kind of investigation in the senate...of course presided over by the very fair and kindly Dr. Bill Frist. We know where that's going.

The wingnuts went bonkers when a leak came out of an investigation into Sandy Berger, and soon what was just a few copies of documents HE wrote became 170 page bound original 9/11 documents he was stuffing down his pants! We all knew that was horsehit then, and sure enough...Berger was CLEARED!

Berger's exoneration barely got any press coverage and zero appologies from those who called him "traitor"...yet some of these people now stand in judgement of a man who has been found to have leaked sensetive information that could have compromised national security and narry a peep. Even here.
