I say a move like this has terrific potential! Imagine what could happen when we finally get our shit together and launch a successful nationwide boycott. Wall Street and George W. Bush's sorry fascist ass in one fell swoop.

Oh, come on, George. Make my day.

1. The best stimulus black marketers could ever hope for
I'd move to a town near the Canadian border and buy everything I needed in Canada.

2. We could co-opt this idea
if we came up with a plan for something similar that would work.

3. Yes, abolish the IRS and you'll never have to pay taxes again . . . .

And delicious fresh-baked macaroons will sprout from maple and juniper trees, and all the crabgrass in the world will disappear, and we'll all be able to fly and become invisible, boys and girls!!!

What a steaming pile of pandering BULLSHIT!!!

4. This was brought up on another thread...
Someone made a good point about it. They said if this happened, we would be taxed probably 10-20% on items. For someone making over $200k a year, that probably wouldn't be a problem. Can you guess who would be affected the most?

You can see where Bush is going with this..
