Doesn't the alert disrupt financial institutions
as much as an attack? I mean, if al Qaeda bombs a building, don't these institutions have duplicate systems with information, etc? It would seem that a threat like this would disrupt as much as anything.

These people do not care who is in office as long as the stock market is not upset.
