Dick Cheney needs a Time Out! Clearly one of the best moments last night!

12-year-old Ilana Wexler was fantastic and rocked the convention last night with her comments.

She brought big laughter when she chastised Vice President Cheney for recently using ``a very bad word.''

``If I said that word, I would be put in a timeout,'' the freckle-faced redhead said in a short address. ``I think Cheney should be put in a timeout.''
