Seeking Clarity on Berger investigation

Does anyone know of a handy resource that says what Sandy Berger is actually being investigated for, without the RW spinmeister embellishments?

Did he remove classified documents? Did he take notes of classified documents, then take the notes without them being reviewed for sensitive information (i.e., performed a sloppy and illegal deed, but did NOT remove/obscure/destroy any original documents)?

I put the "sock" thing in the same trashcan as the "Clinton trashed the White House" stories which were found to be lies, but I'm trying to find something that spells out what he is (and isn't) being investigated for.

Any suggestions?

1. Nothing official has been stated- just leaks from unnamed sources

but according to Berger's lawyer, he both wrote notes and put them in his coat and pants pockets and he also took copies of documents (in a leather portfolio) There seems to be no suggestion that he tampered in any way with original documents- he was dealing only with copies of documents.

He has not been charged with anything, there is just an open inquiry that his lawyer thought had been completed and was going to be closed with no charges brought.
