Chimp's "W" and the peace sign

Seeing the Chimperor doing that really makes me want to revive the 2-finger peace sign. I was watching MSNBC's "John Kerry: Bringing the War Home" documentary last night (quite good!) and there was some brief footage of Kerry and other vets marching and giving the peace sign, and I thought about how that just used to seem so normal. People said "peace" as "goodbye," even.

I think it's time to revive it since it's so naturally "Anti-W." Make "W" stand for WAR -- which he does.

Maybe I'll make some t-shirts with circle-slash "W" sign, and the peace sign.

What do you think?

5. He's just saying - "read between the lines."
"w" stands for war.
"w" stands for weapons (of mass destruction).
"w" stands for WHOPPERS.
"w" stands for wimp.
"w" stands for wuss.
"w" stands for WRONG.

8. So, isn' the symbology of this
That Shrub is giving the finger to the peace sign?

Or is it just the devil's pitchfork?

Both I think.

11. hahaHA!!!
I'm SURE you're right.

I loved the Florida "protestors" in 2000, upset that the will of the people might actually prevail, holding up three fingers and yelling "Bush won TWICE!"

(And now it's "FOUR more years!")

MORANS!

10. I guess what I'm also asking is, can the Peace sign be revived?
Or has it been villified as "hippies on drugs" the same way the word "liberal" seems to have been villified as "everything that's wrong with America?"

Could you see yourself doing it? Or, do you?

15. In response to how many states he was going to win in Nov.
he meant to hold up two fingers, but what can you expect from a guy who chokes on a pretzel and falls off his bike.

Did you ever stop to think what would happen if he ate a pretzel and tried to ride a bike at the same time? The mind reels at the ugliness of that scene.
