Jenna Bush sticks her tongue out to photographers
ASHINGTON (AP) -- When first lady Laura Bush counseled her twin daughters on how to behave while campaigning with their father, she may have skipped the part about not sticking your tongue out at the media.

That's what Jenna Bush did Tuesday after President Bush arrived at St. Louis' Lambert International Airport.

After Bush joined his daughters in a limousine, Jenna stuck her tongue out at about a dozen photographers and reporters.

As the reporters started to laugh and snap photographs, the 22-year-old looked at them for a few more seconds, smiling and laughing.

2. like father like daughter
He is still pretty childish in his 50s (flipping off protestors). Is she going to be more mature at 22 than he is at 50-something?

5. Not to sound like a freeper, but
WHY IS THIS NEWS? THIS IS LIKE "CHELSEA WALKS DOWN THE STREET AND GETS A CUP OF COFFEE".

Big fat hairy deal.

It's not like she told the media to "Fuck off", although she just might, once she actually realizes that she is back in the spotlight (and over 18/21 and fair game).

7. I agree
that's why I didn't put it in "breaking news". I put it here so I can see what funny things people can say about it. I don't think this has much to do with anything, it's just one of those little pop-culture events.

8. Classic example of trying to make a silk purse from a pig's ear
All I've seen the last week or two is the Bush twins' pictures on the front of the fashion magazines with their designer clothes and expensive jewelry. I've even heard several spokesmen say that they are private ladies. (What a joke). As hard as the media and the right wingers try, they can't change the fact that the Bushes are low class millionaires trying to pretend they're royalty.

:boring: :hangover:

9. Her father told her to look cute for the cameras
since Edwards' youngest are so adorable.

It's very sad, imo. She is 22 years old, a college graduate and supposedly going to teach fourth grade this fall.

Compare her actions to the Heinz-Kerry young adults. She is not ready to hit the campaign trail in support of her father. Obviously she hasn't been prepped enough by the media consultants.

11. But apparently the press loved it. (mentioned on AAR this morning)
Like I said, the bar is set so low for anything called Bush that nothing hurts them. The fact that she was not drunk is a plus and then you go from there.

12. That's because the press likes anything controversial
or at least not boring. I don't think this is a big deal, but I'm still glad it wasn't Chelsea.
