Recall the huge, largely fabricated story about the state of the White House when * moved in- with the missing W keys and 'stolen' furniture... This was news for a while.
How do we urge those who are charged with maintaining both the physical parts and, more importantly, the laws and stability of the government from vandalism by the most immature pResident in history?
If * sees fit to appoint a RW ideologue to an interim judgeship every time the Senate leaves town... If he continues to harp his positions, even when they have been roundly debunked... If we keep hearing 'My way or the highway' at every turn...
... is it unreasonable to expect more than peanut butter on the door knobs? How much vigilance is too much? As it is installed a few weeks earlier, it won't be as big a problem if we can take the Senate back, and restore sanity there, but we may still have DeLay and his cabal in the House.
This may be putting the cart before the horse, but my overall question is: Just how deeply have *'s tentacles gone into the day to day governance? Will the career people at the key agencies keep a lid on this?
